The purpose of the course is to introduce students to the major thematic areas of political science. It aims to provide a basic overview of the main concepts and variables of political analysis. The main objective is to provide students with a set of analytical tools to understand the causes and dynamics of political processes in contemporary societies. It is also intended to apply some of these tools to the understanding of some important political processes that have taken place in Argentina since the return of democracy to the present day.
